Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made outside of 72 hours from the scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund, with the deduction of a 20% per person fee.

Cancellations made within the 72-hour window from the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is received and confirmed.

Please note that any changes made to the booking, such as rescheduling or modifying the number of participants, may be subject to additional fees orrestrictions.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or other emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel a trip or modify its itinerary. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide reasonable alternative arrangements. If no suitable alternatives can be provided, a full refund will be issued.

In the case of no-shows or failure to cancel within the specified timeframe, no refund will be provided.

Aubrey Warrick
Aubrey is a 5,000 hour Jet Pilot who dreamed of becoming a true Aeronaut her whole life. This dream came true when she met the infamous Dr. Bill Bussey in Longview Texas. Aubrey was officially Dr. Bussey's LAST student and she continues to fly and learn along side this and many other ballooning icons.

With a combined experience spanning thousands of hours with hot air balloons, Cody and Marissa possess an exceptional skill set that is second to none. Their passion for hot air ballooning is evident in every aspect of their work, from meticulously planning each flight to ensuring the safety and comfort of their passengers.
Having discovered their joint love for aviation, the Myers' journey into hot air ballooning began as a hobby and quickly transformed into a full-fledged profession. Over the years, they have honed their skills through countless hours of training and have earned multiple certifications, making them trusted experts in their field.
Their deep knowledge of hot air ballooning and weather patterns allows them to curate awe-inspiring flights that showcase the natural beauty and charm of the East Texas area. As you soar above the picturesque landscapes, you'll be treated to panoramic views of the piney woods, and the historic views of Rusk County.
